FUCK OFCOM

Alright chavvies? As you may have heard, the UK err... government is forcing websites which host “adult content” to either age-gate their websites to protect kids, or pay huge fines. I have a lot of thoughts on how to keep kids away from filth and harm online but they are mostly boring thoughts so I'll not share them here. My website is not for children, or man-children, so do some parenting and fuck off. My response to censorship is to keep making the stuff I want to make.

I want to say something about my fellow “artists” who, for years, welcomed any and all state censorship in an attempt to appear morally superior.

All of them are fucking shit at art.

They don't use art to express themselves, they don't act in the service of divine beauty and they don't create anything challenging or interesting. They've misused artistic media as a way of gaining hollow praise from a group of tasteless freaks any sane person would gladly be hated by. These fair-weather fuckwits had nothing to say when real artists were being sacked, censored, defamed and prosecuted for differences of opinion because the law only punished their objects of hatred. Now, because of the government's recent overreach, it's become acceptable to be anti-censorship so of course they've changed their minds.

If the censorship culture had not been eliminating their competition for a decade, no one would know who they are.

Their “art” is nowhere near interesting enough to be censored. Their opinions are too boring to be prosecuted. Their shitty little protests are so tame they're seen as a day out for pensioners.

Anyway, death to the demoness Allegra Geller, Daniil Kharms lives, and the pathetic fannies who think mass censorship has anything to do with protecting children deserve to be positively disintegrated by the biggest raygun Dr Drabowski has available.
